CANCELLATIONS

If your order has shipped before notice of cancellation, shipping charges are non-refundable. In this event, you will need to contact us to request a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

REFUSED DELIVERIES/ RE-DIRECTED SHIPMENTS

Refused merchandise at time of delivery will incur return freight charges in addition to cancellation or restocking fees.

Customer is responsible for all charges associated with re-directed shipments..
